Copyright Policy

Ownership of your content

As set out in our Terms of Service, you keep ownership of the Impact Threads, evidence, and profile information you add to ProoveMe. By publishing content, you grant us only the licence needed to store it and display it to the audience your visibility settings allow.

Your responsibility

When you upload evidence or describe work in an Impact Thread, you confirm that it's either your own original work or that you have the right to share it - for example, because your employer or client has agreed you can showcase it. Don't upload material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on ProoveMe infringes your copyright, email privacy@prooveme.com with:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
  • The URL or location of the material on ProoveMe.
  • Your contact details, and a statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

We'll review valid reports and may remove or restrict access to the material in question.

Counter-notices

If content of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can reply to the same address explaining why, and we'll review the counter-notice.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content may have that content removed and, for continued violations, may be suspended or terminated.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ProoveMe evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or through the product.
