Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using ProoveMe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the platform.

Who can use ProoveMe

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The information you provide when signing up must be accurate, and you're responsible for keeping it up to date.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Each account is for one individual or one company; please don't share logins. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the Impact Threads, evidence and profile information you add to ProoveMe. By publishing content, you grant us the licence needed to store it and display it to the audience you choose through your visibility settings. You're responsible for making sure what you post is accurate and that you have the right to share any evidence you upload.

Evidence and verification

ProoveMe provides the tools for professionals to attach evidence to their work and to ask another person to confirm it. A “Verified” status reflects the confirmation of the named verifier, not an independent investigation carried out by ProoveMe. We don't guarantee the accuracy of claims, evidence, or verifications submitted by users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or impersonated information.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Harass, discriminate against, or misuse the contact details of other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of ProoveMe.

Employer use

Search and discovery tools surface information that professionals have chosen to make visible. If you use ProoveMe as an employer or recruiter, you're responsible for complying with applicable employment and data protection law in how you use the information you find.

Fees

ProoveMe is currently free to use while the product is in this stage of development. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll describe their terms and pricing separately before they apply to you.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Disclaimers

ProoveMe is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee employment outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or that every claim made on the platform is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ProoveMe evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or through the product.
